Right now, 70% of people on 5th Ave are pedestrians, but they can only utilize less than 50% of the space. With City of New York’s initial $150 million investment, 5th Ave will get 46% more sidewalk space, 2 fewer traffic lanes, hundreds of new trees, seating, safer lighting, and more.

So, the City Comptroller race is a Manhattan/Brooklyn battle, eh? Well, my ex-Bronx Young Dem mentee, Ismael Malave - NYC's 46th Comptroller Candidate, a long-shot, nonetheless, is the only Latino running when Latinos are hungry for a citywide post. I made my mark in a Puerto Rican political club, Ish is my guy.

It looks like Trump's war on #DEI is succeeding in NYC as New York Law School Ben Max exclude two minority Comptroller candidates Senator Kevin Parker & Ismael Malave - NYC's 46th Comptroller Candidate from the debate forum. It's funny that money raised is a threshold criterion among ppl who lament money in politics. 🤔

There hasn't been a Comptroller out of the Bronx since Harrison Goldin. Yet Bronx Democratic Party inexplicably haven't gotten behind former Bronx Young Democrats stalwart Ismael Malave - NYC's 46th Comptroller Candidate.

Since we're keeping track of citywide candidates filing of designating petitions, I note that Ismael Malave - NYC's 46th Comptroller Candidate filed 19,417 signatures for City Comptroller.

x.com/MonaDavids/sta… Mona Davids - Unbought and Unbossed - Thanks for sharing! They finally included me on opps research via a statistical political poll, but they misspelled my 1st name. Anyways, I'm listed 2nd on the ballot as: Ismael Malave Perez & I am NYC's best choice for city Comptroller!
