In this episode we talk about everything from making it through film school, why we need to see a drastic change in the representation of Muslims on & behind the screen, the power of seeing women on set, and how lockdown has changed the creative game forever.

We'll see if the Academy actually does this and what the "diversity requirements" would be (i.e. they could undercut the power of this by weeny-ing out and making the bar so low that it's possible to step over without meaningful representation). BUT...I am cautiously optimistic.
