What people aren’t getting is it’s not about YOUR content being marked “for kids” anymore. There’s no arguing your case because it’s not about your video. It’s about viewers being marked AS kids, and everything those individual people watch earning less as a result.

Do I get money from YouTube? Yeah. Would I rather a drop in revenue to tell them to get bent for stupid AI powered ID theft? Yeah. Follow thread suggestions, hurt 'em in the wallet.

It's absolutely incredible that the creator of the game can say to dispute claims and then the actual people in charge of claims can say that disputing claims is actually very dangerous for your channel. (1/2)

If it was clarified to say, like, "dispute claims on videos of pure gameplay, anything else, don't dispute it," that would SUCK but at least it would be CLEAR. But copyright favors being obtuse and unfavorable to fanwork, so here we are. (2/2)
