Very important to read the CT well!!

TCa D20 : Be wary of the retro aortic renal veins .. during interaortocaval and para aortic dissection .. esp when they are the only ones .. seen in 0.5-3%

TCa D24 Most common auxiliary procedure for a RPLND is a nephrectomy Sometimes, the masses have unusual locations Couple of days back, we had this nice round mass sitting within the sigmoid mesocolon!! Needed a segmental resection Any similar experience??
