Marking four years since the fall of Kabul, it was a privilege for the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association (ACAA) to co-host a powerful roundtable at the European Parliament with MEPs Alessandra Moretti and Cecilia Strada on Wednesday 16 July.

Dr. Nooralhaq Nasimi MBE, Founder and Director of the ACAA, urges the UK Government to take immediate action to protect Afghans still at risk. He warns that the recent leak and super injunction will ‘certainly damage the trust of the Afghans in the British Government’.

Marking the fourth anniversary of the fall of Kabul, ACAA hosted a successful conference and roundtable, bringing together Afghan diaspora voices, policymakers, and community leaders to discuss the ongoing crisis and celebrate our culture.

A successful second day of our conference focused on humanitarianism and resilience, marking four years since the fall of Kabul.
