This #bmpcc6K with a B4 Canon broadcast lens and the porteye III using 2.8K and 120fps is a hidden combination.

Disappointingly, having upgraded to a #macstudioultra with #davinciresolve 18, not impressed with rendering a HD output with a bit of basic colour grading/noise removal, and some audio clean up, only rendering out at 18 fps to XDCAM MXF.

Disappointed with the Manfrotto UK #nitrotech 612 head with my 8.2kg BlackMagic #ursabroadcast 🙁. I’m hoping it is a faulty one as this head had all the promise of continuous counterbalance up to 12kg. Here I have a balanced camera and maximum counterbalance & it doesn’t hold

I’m a bit behind but found out that the Stroud based #rycote is no more and has been closed after 50 years 🙁. They were an amazing company & I have fond memories of getting custom made products and popping over meeting the staff. Such a shame it was sold out. #Gloucestershire

Interesting that the rush to vertical video on social media to match the way people hold their phones to view is at odds of how you need to hold your phone to listen in stereo. Makes music video watching on mobile devices a choice between visuals and audio!!

Oh my word. The #ai music retime in #davinci resolve is insane. Just retimed a 2m50s music clip to 30 seconds. It’s unbelievable how it deals with. I don’t often use this phrase, but it’s a game changer.
