Busy week! Started school this week plus lots of time in the gym and the cage too! But I’m excited to head to Louisiana tomorrow for Nicholls Softball camp!

I’ve always struggled throwing my rise ball in game. This summer, my coach made me throw it and I’m so glad she did. It’s one of my favorite pitches now!

I gave my first ever pitching lesson today. It was actually way harder than I expected, but I’m really excited to keep working with her!

Hit a new high speed of 63 and I was consistently 60 plus all workout! Off season strength and conditioning is paying off! Shoutout to my high school catcher for catching me today!
