This antral hyperplastic polyp has an area of high grade dysplasia. However, since the surface was eroded I was a little nervous, so I tried the PAS/AB trick that that we had noticed, and it seemed to help! Histopathology. 2021 Feb;78(3):453-458. PMID: 32841414.

Ductal plate malformation (DPM) subtype of iCCA. It doses look like benign VMC/DPM but it is big and shows infiltrating growth. Other areas have classical features of conventional small duct iCCA. Normal hepatocytes are entrapped in the tumor. CK7+, CD56+. PMID: 34018212

Unusual case of well differentiated liposarcoma (atypical lipomatous tumor) centered in the small intestinal submucosa. The patient was quite young but the positive MDM2 CISH argues against Li-Fraumeni syndrome (germline TP53 mutation).
