Our Reception class have done some AMAZING art work! Mrs Barras sent us a post card with a beautiful flower painting on the front. She set us a challenge to create our own postcard with flowers on using some beautiful tulips as inspiration. #eyfs #creativity

In nursery, our theme is ‘Down on the Farm’. One of our families brought in some silage, sheep’s wool, milk powder, hay and a special cake that the cows and sheep eat. What a treat!

Our Reception children visited Blackpool Zoo today! It was such a fantastic day! ⁦Blackpool Zoo⁩

Lots of maths skills this week in nursery. We have been learning how to play dominoes!

Year 1 always enjoy visiting our computer room. We have recently been doing ‘digital writing’ in our lessons.

Our Reception children walked to St Cuthberts church in Lytham yesterday. Reverend Nick answered lots of questions for us about the church and why people would go there to pray. The CofE in Lancashire (Blackburn Diocese)

The Reception children have been looking at the wildlife paintings created by the Artist David Shepherd. We decided to create our own pictures using pastels. The finished pictures are AMAZING 🤩 #creative #EYFS

After our visit to St Cuthberts Church the Reception children wrote some brilliant sentences!

Lytham Club Day 2024 We had a fantastic morning on Saturday walking with Sunday school from the Parish of JC Lytham. It was a joy to spend time together and strengthen our links between School and Church. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a fabulous morning!
