It was a pleasure to visit the SYNERGI Leeds Partnership and speak at the NHS Confederation Mental Health Network Conference #MHN24.
We also visited SYNERGI Leeds to see partnership working in action – this collaborative brings together the trust, the local authority and the VCSE sector, coming together to tackle ethnicity based mental health inequalities in communities like Chapeltown 2/3
