Well done to our year 4 girls yesterday who were competing in a small sided football tournament @powerleague_luton They played 5 matches, winning 4 and scoring loads of goals! Luton School Games thank you as always for hosting the event.

A successful couple of weeks for our sports teams, with our Year 5&6 Boys coming second place in the South East Asian Football Cup @LTFC_Community , and the Indoor Cricket team finishing third in their league. We are super proud!! Well done to all! Luton School Games #edutwitter

Apologies meant to tweet this last week. Massive thank you Luton School Games for amazing multi sports festival. Our yr.3/4 pupils loved trying all the activities, including Frisbee, tennis, cricket and golf.

Huge congratulations to our yr.4 athletics team who came 1st place and picked up gold in the Luton school games quad kids event yesterday. Pupils competed in 4 events, 400m, 50m, howler throw and long jump. The team has now qualified for the county finals in June.

Lots of events taking place this term...Thank you to all of the participants, teachers, coaches and clubs for your support 🙏

Congratulations to William Austin who were crowned Year 5&6 boys cricket champions yesterday at LTICC 🏆

Yesterday our Yr 5 & 6 Boys Cricket team took part in Luton School Games competition at Luton Town Indians. After some close, hard fought matches we're pleased to say that we came out as champions🥇🏆 of the whole tournament & have qualified for the County finals. 💪🏏

Before half term, we had two teams compete in the Luton School Games yr.5/6 quad kids event. Both teams' performance was fantastic with one of our teams finishing 5th and the other coming in first place, picking up the gold medals and qualifying for the county finals.

Once again the HJS girls shine! Our Upper School Girls Team have become Luton School Games Cricket Champions, playing with respect, passion and determination every step of the way to today's victory! Next stop is the County Final! 🌟 🏏 🏆

Great to work with the The Chalk Hills Academy young leaders today at the year 5&6 multi sports festival who were brilliant at engaging and encouraging younger pupils in cricket, tennis, golf and frisbee 👏🏻

On Tuesday 24th June, we hosted the Y5 & 6 Rounders tournament here at WAJ. We did really well and came 3rd in the overall tournament. Well done to all involved! Luton School Games
