For #lupus it is interesting to have a look at the #thrombocytopenia item of the #SLEDAI2k ➡️ 99,999 Plt = thrombocytopenia ➡️ 100,001 Plt = NO thrombocytopenia Difference btw these 2 situations is minimal, and none of the 2 impact the way patients feel function and survive.
