Modern convenience? I'm in the Apple store, where you queue to speak to someone to make an appointment to speak to someone about buying a phone, which they don't stock in-store and then direct you to their website. Odd.

Yesterday we had a fantastic group of talented people from across @MarronsPlanning gather in our #Birmingham City Centre Studio for an Introduction to Masterplanning and Urban Design including a design-led workshop on placemaking and delivering high-quality new developments.
