Telomere is a hotspot for replication fork reversal- genotoxic "chicken-feet" hard to resolve by cells and by biochemists. W/ Doksani Lab Fox Chase Cancer Center, we show reversed telomere fork is directly extended by telomerase, a usual guardian turning to a foe. science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
