The 4x400 relay of Addi, Claire, Jonas and Molly took 2nd. A'myia also took 2nd in Long Jump.

A delayed post and pics from Tuesdays freshman conference. Yasmin H double 🥇🥇 in the Long and Triple jumps. Maeliana 🥇 in the vault. Jonas also took 🥇in 300 hurdles!

The freshman 4x400 finished off the meet with a solid 🥉performance, knocking 18 seconds off seed time.

The 4x400 won last nights meet and pushed themselves into 8th place in Class 5. The 4:05.62 put us as #1 in our district. The target is on our backs now ladies, there is work to do!

The 4x400 ran a gutsy race anchored by a pair of seniors who wouldnt't accept anything less than the seed we came in at. With the highest finish of the day they ran a great race for 2nd. LSN Activities

Tough sectional Saturday for the Lady broncos. Jada fell just short with a 5th place tie in PV. Jons popped almost a 1 sec PR in the 300 Hurdles for a personal best and 6th place finish. The 4x800 and Yasmine (LJ) also fell a bit short.LSN Activities

‼️ NATIONAL CHAMPIONS ‼️ The women's 4x400 team of Chloe, Tiffany, Kaylee and Luisi post a new school record time of 3:33.44 to capture the title! Jaedy was part of the qualifying team and will also earn All-America honors.
