Today the magnificent Lone Star College-CyFair employees hosted an event in recognition of our time together. I was very honored to serve, support, collaborate, communicate, lead, and grow with these wonderful colleagues and students this academic year.

High level of energy at the Lone Star College 2023 Annual Advising Conference. Over 230 LSC employees are learning and engaging in promising advising practices focused on student success.

Congratulations to our Lone Star College students recognized at today’s Chancellor’s Donor Appreciation Lunch. The students shared their stories of overcoming obstacles and moving towards their academic and personal goals.

Partnership is a top Lone Star College priority. Today, 77 LSC employees and ISD partners engaged in conversation focused on Career Technical Education Opportunities and Programs of Study. These conversations lead to increase access of higher education for high school students.

A wonderful time filled with sharing and learning during the Lone Star College annual Student Success Leadership Conference. Several stories involve overcoming fear and setting goals to reach the next level towards greatness.

The 2023 Lone Star College Legal Conference covered topics such as social media, free speech, Title IX, risk management, public information, and opens meeting. Thanks to @mariokcastillo and the best Office of the General Counsel team for the top notch professional development.
