πŸ“’Still looking for participants for this project. The perspectives of neurodivergent-led organisations are really vital towards achieving neuro-inclusivity. The discussions I have had so far have been so invigorating & are making such a contribution already to the project!πŸ“’

Last week, we took University of Derby Criminology, Policing & Sociology students to Berlin, inc visits to the Stasi Prison Museum & Sachsenhausen. They really seemed to derive a sense of enrichment from the trip, & engaged fantastically with our tour guides- they really did Derby proud 😊

It was a privilege to be invited to present at the University of Derby University Professorial Council Summer Event as an "ascendant research research star". I outlined my research impacts & future plans, all re: enhancing support for #neurodivergent people in the #CriminalJusticeSystem 😊

It has been a pleasure to deliver an invited talk at Lancashire CJP's Sexual Offending, Vulnerability and Policing conference. My talk explored why some autistic individuals engage in sexual crime, how they make sense of their offending, and what this may mean for prevention University of Derby

Had the opportunity to facilitate a Criminology taster workshop today at University of Derby with some great Year 12 students from @RedhillAcademy. We did a little workshop centred around the theme of prisons. They were a really articulate and interactive bunch!

Thank you to Lancashire CJP for the invite to present at the #MOSOVO2025 annual conference. It was a brilliant day, with a firm applied focus on how we can enable #desistance and #change in people with sexual convictions. University of Derby #CASSPPR
