Did my first independent 5km with Fearne and holy cow my arms feel like they're gonna drop off

I am still 1½ stone heaver than I was when I fell pregnant. I have a wedding in exactly one month time. Time to kick my arse into gear because parkrun and 50 bags of maltesers a week ain't gonna cut it 😭

Today's achievement: running parkrun pushing Fearne for the first time 🥹 (usually I just leave it to Michael) My aim was 35 mins and I managed it in just under so feels good!

I recently spent over £200 on a couple of pairs of Levis jeans like they're great and that and I always love a decent pair of jeans but on the other hand I also just bought 2 pairs of jeans from Sainsburys £5 each (they were discounted 70%) &they have quickly became my favourite
