Trading and business aren’t that different. You set the plan, protect your capital, and stay consistent even when things get slow. Growth comes from boring, repetitive work done with care.

Sunday is for reflection. I go through my journal, mark my levels, and prep my watchlist. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where real traders get their edge.

New week. Back to zero. No attachment to last week’s results just focus on today’s process. That’s the mindset that keeps me grounded and consistent.

I don’t predict. I respond. The price tells me everything I need to know where buyers step in, where sellers take over. I just need to listen, stay present, and execute with clarity.

This morning my daughter asked, “Why are you working again?” It hit me hard. I’m not just trading for freedom I’m trading to create a future for her. That reminder keeps my ego in check.

My best trades come when the chart is clean. No clutter. No indicators. Just price at a key level, confirmation, and execution. Simple doesn’t mean easy but it works.
