If I shit myself tonight, it’s because I experimented with my instant ramen.

I think I just fell in love with coffee again. It is so crazy how the taste of a grind can change based on how you pour the damn water. I am having quite the cup of coffee right now. 20g grind/300g water 60g bloom + 4. My coffee tastes juicier than a damn orange.

I’ve been geeking out with my coffee a bit much the past week or so. Tried some beans from Horizon Line Coffee this morning and it’s smooth as hell. Switched to my K6 grinder as the p2 was not cutting it the past few days. This cup put a smile on my face after my first sip.

It’s funny, you think you’re good at something already. Then you learn something new and you’re instantly 10x better than you were previously. I thought I knew how to brew a good cup of coffee. I was wrong and now I want to practice and taste more coffee.

If you don’t know what you’re doing and you’re asking for help, you should probably just shut the fuck up and listen to the expert.

Just brewed a cup of Glitch Coffee Roasters and it’s so delicious and feels like a warm hug. It’s a bucket list travel stop for me one of these days. I hope to be able to travel to Japan within the next few years and have a cup while I’m visiting.

Bruh, all I want is to restock my supply of glitch coffee but it’s gonna cost half of what I’d pay just for shipping. Ugh

God damn, I’m meal prepping nothing but steak next week. This hit the spot today. Steak, rice, and quick pickled cucumbers. A little garlic soy drizzle and I’m loving life right now.
