The Journey Aviation plane the U.S. previously used to deport eight men to South Sudan is set to return to El Paso, Texas, from Djibouti (East Africa) with a stopover (refueling?) in Shannon, Ireland. Not sure if this was another ICE deportation operation, but seems plausible.
