Writing Tip. Read your text aloud. You may overlook some mistakes when reading your papers in your head. Spelling and grammatical errors can be caught by reading aloud. It can also give you a better sense of the flow of your work.

Unbelievable terrible customer service Deliveroo. First you tell me I receive a refund for a wrong order received. Then you tell me that this is not possible, then you lie telling me I will receive an e-mail after another refund check and then you suspend my account!
