Helicopters will remain active today in Anoka and Hennepin Counties. We have found almost 10,000 acres where mosquito larvae have hatched and we will try to get to them all before the 4th of July. Full list of cities: mmcd.org/helicopter-act…

Mosquitoes collected in Anoka and Carver Counties have tested positive for West Nile virus. These are the first positive samples of the year for each of these counties. Residents should wear bug spray and eliminate any standing water.
