The Citroën recall for airbags is a total fcuk up. I have been ordered to stop driving, their website registration said “busy try later” when trying to later says already registered, and as for phone they don’t answer. I have a job to go to, what am I supposed to do #muppets

Citroën UK Auto Express Just wondering how would the directors of Stellantis cope with being told they suddenly couldn't use their car to get to work, with no end date given? Guess they could afford a taxi but when you work 20 miles away for the average person that isn't affordable.

I had a letter from Citroen in June to demand I stop using my car as there was a fault with the airbags. To call them and get it booked in with a local garage to be fixed. Finally got it booked in for August 18th! For them to then cancel as they can’t get the parts, and they 🧵

3rd July I posted about my car being taken off the road & I've this morning collected it having had a new airbag. 2 months for Citroën UK to sort an airbag out - bravo 👏 👏 👏 They are genuinely the worst in the industry without a doubt.

BBC Watchdog Matt Allwright I had my letter on the 30th June , like so many other people customer service was a shambles. The earliest appointment was 15th August ! 7wks with no car..Rang me the night before to cancel as they haven’t got the parts , next appointment,16th September! 11 weeks with no car.
