Tonight, we are celebrating our first ever Health and Care Awards in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. After receiving 150 entries from across the health, care and voluntary sector, tonight we will be announcing the winners. #TogetherWeAreNotts

It’s nearly time for the first ever Nottingham+Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System Health and Care Awards where we have five NUH teams and their projects shortlisted! #TogetherWeAreNotts

The award for ‘Best Outcome’ goes to… One version of the truth data which is being used to support hospital discharge. This multi-disciplinary project has developed a ‘one version of the truth’ hospital discharge dataset agreed by all partners.

So proud of the improvements our health and care system have made around discharge over the last year and privileged to represent you all at the Nottingham+Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System health and care awards. We won! best outcomes award for our one version of truth data. This is down to all your hard work!!

Today I passed the nhs Nye Bevan leadership course....fellow bevanites will know what a journey this is and the relief I feel today !!!

67% of the women in our refuges are mums. This Mother’s Day, donating a parcel could provide a woman and her child staying in one of our refuges with essentials like food and nappies. Could you donate on behalf of a loved one to help a mother and her child to feel supported?

I’m proud that people from nearly 200 countries work in our NHS. I completely condemn this racist violence and stand with our staff and the communities they live and work in. Thank you to our emergency services who are working hard to keep everyone safe.

Put simply: If you engage in violent protests, you will face the full force of the law.

This collaborative project to digitise our Integrated Discharge process has allowed 2 wards worth of beds to be used differently this winter. By creating a Single Version of the Truth across Health & Care partners, we have shown that meaningful improvements can be made.
