Why do you always have the best workouts on the days you don't want to go to the gym?

Pre-workouts have some of the most insane names ever. Like why is there a pre-workout called "Crack Reloaded", "Shut the F#%K Up" and "Donald Pump". There's even one called "Quarantine"!😭😂
