Aimlessly doing drills and making mechanical changes w/o guidance are some of the worst things throwers can do. During COVID, I had no idea what I was doing. Started doing plyo drills just to do them. Went from t93 to sitting low 80s with chronic arm pain. I wonder why... 🤔⬇️
