Worst customer service at Primera Air and Boston Logan International Airport airport! Our stroller was “lost” over 6 days ago...I call and nobody answers the phone at the Primera Sky Service desk...I have left several voice messages, have sent emails, and have received nothing back! Disgraceful 😡
It’s been 2 and a half weeks and still no word from Primera Air on where our stroller went!! The Primera Air customer service, managed by Sky Handling in Boston Logan International Airport has to be the worst I have ever dealt with!!! It’s just not acceptable 😡😡😡
