For anyone who needs to hear this — trump announcing he is running for President does not have a legal impact on investigations. No one at DOJ watched that speech and ripped up all of the work they have been pursuing

Love is love. The Senate must take action and move forward on the Respect for Marriage Act to protect marriage equality for all.

BREAKING: A federal judge has issued an order that immediately blocks Florida’s Stop WOKE Act from being enforced in higher education. The First Amendment protects our right to learn, and that includes learning about issues related to race and gender.
