Davis

Legend. Leader. Loyal. Yesterday, we celebrated the unveiling of John Trollope’s statue at Foundation Park — a tribute to his incredible legacy and lasting impact on the club ❤️ A fantastic project by Swindon Town Football Club Community Foundation.

Great game that Geordies deserved a draw but a Liverpool side on maximum points with a well below par Mo Salah.🤔 #newcastleliverpool

Suzanne Spaak, a Belgian socialite, heroically saved hundreds of Jews in WW2 by orchestrating their escape from Nazi-occupied Paris. Using her influence and wealth to fund rescues, she was tragically executed in 1944, just days before the city’s liberation. Remember her.

Witold Zacharewicz, a Polish film actor, was another Pole who gave his life to save Jews during the Holocaust. He was arrested by the German Gestapo in 1942 for aiding Jews by producing false documents for those hiding in Warsaw. The Germans murdered him with a phenol injection
