✅The answer is B: atrial fibrillation with an uncontrolled ventricular response. The ECG shows an irregularly irregular ventricular rhythm at about 120 bpm. There are no P waves. Low amplitude atrial fibrillatory waves are present, best seen in the V1 rhythm strip.

Left atrial myxoma is more common in older individuals and can cause passive pulmonary hypertension if the tumor obstructs the valve. Cardiac sarcomas and lymphomas are extremely rare.
