The browsers are becoming insanely fast, but he web apps are becoming more and more complex to provide a better user experience. It's a cat-and-mouse chase game.

Read my article on How To Render Large Datasets In React without Killing Performance. Even with all the optimizations React provides under the hood, it is not enough to render a large DOM tree. We can, though, optimize it with different techniques. syncfusion.com/blogs/post/ren…

As I grow older and experience different shades of life, it is becoming more and more clear that money is not everything. Nothing more than just a medium to live a comfortable life.

At work, you get two types of work 1. Do the right thing, hard but high impact 2. Do a hack, easy but low impact, which may cause future issues. To grow in your career, try to do the 1st type of work, but very often we end up doing 2nd type of work.

Be curious, you cannot do everything on your own, but you can learn from how others have done it. Reading engineering blogs will help you grow as a senior engineer.

Always skill up in corporate One thing I realized very early in my career was "No matter how good you are, you can always be replaced." This is when you are resourceful, but when I was on the bench for 90 days in the first service-based org, the fear increased exponentially

I don't fully agree. It is challenging to be in Tech, and so is any other field, given the demography of our country. There is cutthroat competition everywhere. Do a sales job, finance, and you will realize Tech is way good. Just don't get into tech for salary (which many do)

Added Intuit's SDE2 Frontend interview questions set Intuit asks an OOPs question, which is an uncommon interview question, but it is good to have a grasp on the fundamentals. Enroll in alpha[.]learnersbucket[.]com and start practicing real interview questions, company-wise.

Thinking of resuming Youtube videos, 2 videos a week, to keep my mind sharp by practicing questions live as well as sharing with others. Will try to solve the questions in one take

No matter how much we complain. It is better to accept the reality and start working on it. Tech will be changing a lot more in the coming years. Better if we master the fundamental things and get good at at least one thing (Frontend, Backend, Devops, etc).

Remember that a good software engineer is evolved: - Through relentless practice and problem-solving - Doing the hard work the right way - Figuring out things and fixing that nastiest bug - Uplifting the team and trying to streamline the process to avoid future uncertainties.

Visited WeWork Prestige Atlanta in Kormangala yesterday, it was next to the Slice-pay office. Kormangala and HSR are filled with youngsters, vibe, and aura are something different. Everyone is hustling. We should place more such places in different cities of India.
