We have been named a 2023 #Top100Projects Platinum Player for providing design and consulting on 19 of Canada's top 100 largest infrastructure projects, including extensive involvement in the transit sector through our structural, civil, transportation, and environmental work.

LEA’s Young Professionals Group hosted a site visit to the Balmoral Recreation Centre in the City of Brampton. LEA is the structural lead on the project, which consists of renovating the existing Balmoral Recreation Centre as well as building a new addition to the facility.

Celebrated #PrideMonth with a Kit Packing event, assembling & donating 100 personal care kits to Friends of Ruby , supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. Thanks to Kits for a Cause for making it possible for us to help a great charity and make a difference in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

LEA's annual Canoe Trip is a cherished tradition and this year's adventure was one of the largest in our history, with a fleet of 11 canoes and 22 staff members! Immersed in the stunning Opeongo Lake and breathtaking views of fall colours, this was truly an unforgettable weekend!
