This year's festival will take place this Saturday, July 13th from 10am to 4pm at Fosun Plaza, 28 Liberty St

On Wednesday, we said goodbye to our lab manager, Gillian, who has been an important part of the LDM team for the last 2 years! Thank you, Gillian, for always being there for the LDM community💜 We will miss you very much, but know that you will thrive in your future adventures.

Congratulations to LDM's Postdoctoral Researcher Dr. Yi Lin whose poster was just accepted to the Psychonomic Society's 65th Annual Meeting! The program will be held from November 21-24, 2024 at the New York Marriott Marquis. Yi will be presenting in the 4th poster session!

Last Friday, we celebrated the LDM's 7th Birthday! It was an afternoon filled with fun party games, lots of laughter, and yummy macarons! We are so grateful for the incredible LDM family of researchers and child scientists we have built over the years. Excited for year #8! 🥳

The LDM is excited to announce that we will have two presenters at the 49th Annual Boston University Conference on Language Development! We will be posting more information about timings as the conference approaches. We are so proud and excited for our researchers!

During our last lab meeting, LDM graduate student Mohit Mukherji presented on two of his ongoing project, 'Baby Shapes' and 'Is This One?'. We really enjoyed hearing team LDM's ideas for future directions for this project and looking through preliminary results together!👏

First up in our "RA Spotlight Series," we have Suqi! She is a Junior studying Psychology and Biology, with a minor in Child Adolescent Mental Health Studies. In our lab, she is interested in exploring how children form concepts through their interaction with social environments!
