Finals week, and our first round of maxes! 5th period tested the squat today. As a class, the average gain was 29% or 62 lbs from Aug. 4. Best 5th period squat was Cooper Frey with 380. Arian Gascon made the biggest gains, going from 160 to 315! #casspride #workwins

5th period Bench results- the class is up 15% or 25 pounds for the semester. Best bench press is Cooper Frey with 250, while Kaedyn Gipson led the percentage gain with 48%! #casspride #workwins

5th period clean up 13% for the semester. Once again, Cooper Frey leads the pack with a BIG 275 lb. max. Cody Hoch leads the pack with a 41% max increase! #casspride #workwins

Period 4 Bench results: class is up 11% from start, or 21 lbs. Biggest increase is Peyton Stine with 29%, and the top bench in class is John Gorham at 250! #casspride #workwins

Pd. 4 Squat results: class is up 19%, or 46 lbs. Carter Armstrong saw the biggest increase with 43% added, while the biggest squat belongs to Luke Chambers at 410! #casspride #workwins

In period 6 Bench Press, the class rose 13%. Logan Hook saw a whopping 93% increase, and Keaton Lewellen had the top performance with 235. Still lots of work to do with this group, but #workwins

Period 6 Squat results: class improved 29%. Top gain was made by Logan Hook once again, adding 85% to his max. Top Squat performers were Eli Martin and Kaden Benner with 375. #casspride #workwins

Pd. 6 Clean results: class up 18% on average. Top performers were Cassidy Roller, up 84% from the start of semester, and Keaton Lewellen and Eli Martin who both cleaned 200. Progress! #casspride #workwins

1st Semester Girls results: Alisyia Zamora had the top squat with 265 pounds (wow!), Miley Sipe and Acacia Roberts have the top clean at 120 lbs, and Miley is also tops in the bench with 135. Cassidy Roller is the most improved, up 56%! #casspride #workwins

Cameron Couch with a big early morning max of 405 on squat! Up 40 pounds from the end of semester 1, and this puts him in the 800 lb. Club. #workwins
