Yes. It’s bad. The affordable housing is $3k for a studio in the Bronx. Saying you’re going to “build more housing” is NOT an affordability plan. Fix the scam that is affordable housing. High rent. High income eligibility. Few family sized (2/3 bedroom) apts.
