#OUB329 WK10 - This week has inspired me to think how all individuals have a #voice in a networked society and influence as #leaders, #followers and #fellows. By building relationships, it will enable me to influence others on things that matter to me.

#OUB329 WK11 - I have learnt how the DELUDE acronym can assist in dealing with conflict. DELUDE can be interpreted in different situations as well as leadership. #DontTakeItPersonally!

#OUB329 WK11 - This week has inspired me to have a different perspective on #conflict. I have always viewed #conflict as a negative situation; however, in some situations #conflict can be #constructive and help meet organisations #objectives.

#OUB329 WK12 - I have learnt that not all situations can have a win-win result and how different circumstances and priorities may result in a #positive, #negative or #zero sum game outcome.

#OUB329 WK12 - After seeing the strong connection between #collaboration and the game theory, it has inspired me to view situations differently as some #benefits also lead to #losses.
