Francis was startled at first. Was it really him?— that voice confirmed it. And he pretty much melted into him afterwards. “My dear .. I missed you.”

He gave a timid smile, leaning his head against his chest. “Where have you been, sweetheart? .. I thought you left for good.”

Laying outside under the moonlight, arms gently folded over his mid-section, eyes closed.

“Oh,” He nodded, “I understand .. I've actually been meaning to visit mine as well. I miss her dearly.” Like a kitten being petted, Francis closed his eyes, soft lips curling at the corners. Finally, he thought, safe arms.

It's snowing tonight. What better way to warm oneself than with a bath?

Nervously getting himself situated before his hunt; always a dreadful act. .. He needs to find at least one willing human tonight. Just one.

It seems to have been getting harder, and harder these days; he is very appreciative of the other's well wishes, though.

Francis' brows knitted together for a moment, moving to take a sip of his tea. “Since my reawakening, I've only heard about such terrifying acts .. Where I'm from, we don't act violent. Especially towards each other .. I suppose people have gotten more territorial.”

“Why do you say that?” He took a sip from his cup. “To my knowledge, covens are a newer practice .. At least among my kind. But, I suppose our co-existence counted as something along those lines .. Have you ever been a part of one?”

“I see ..” He nodded, setting his cup down. “Well, e-enough about that. I'm just glad I found another one of my kind, you know. I've spent a lonely existence here ..”

He nodded, frowning a bit as he did. "To be fair, I don't really wander much. I-I only go to the church and come back. I barely feed." Which was probably why his skin was paler than usual.

“Ah, yes, I-I'm aware .. I'm not a believer, but the ceremony of it all fascinates me. It always has. Father thought I was crazy for it .. A-As for the barely feeding ..” He looked away, frowning slightly. “I live a guilty life .. Even as one who grew into what I am.”
