In October, our members participated in a two-part campaign training series led by our amazing staff & Nancy Truong, and our friends from @midwest_academy. We learned how to identify power and strengthen our base-building efforts. How do you show up with us in struggle?

4 of our Community Safety members led 30 #trans & #queer LavNix members in training at Cedar Rose Park in Berkeley. We learned how to assess risk & roleplayed intervening in violence: at a public park, transit, at an action and home. Together, we re-learned that WE keep us safe.
