Rented a cabin to spend a couple of beautiful days with my family. This is in our backyard. Recharging..

Had an amazing weekend with my wife and daughter. So good to just disconnect and be present with them. Now ready to lock in for July. Starting the month with a 24h water fast (15 hours to go) and planning to go alcohol-free for the next 2-3 months. Should be a good reset.

24h water fast ✓ Wasn't as tough as I thought it'd be. Had about 2 hours around the 10-hour mark where the cravings hit hard, but after that it was really easy. Surprised how manageable it was.
