oasisfashion paid extra for next day delivery (on 2 orders!) all confirmed on email that it would arrive today, waited all day but it’s not here?!!

IKEA UK Support had a delivery yesterday was told by driver one item was missing from his truck. He said someone would call me yesterday to arrange redelivery but have heard nothing?! Help please
