Romans watching people teared limb from limb by lions in the Colosseum was considered entertainment at one point. This is no less depraved. Our politics are a reflection of the badly immoral spirit of the age. We need a revival of humanity.

Let's normalize being able to say "I made a mistake." Too many people are double and tripling down on things they said or did that were wrong instead of just admitting mistakes, apologizing and moving on. Tell the truth. Deal with the consequences. Move forward.

So humbled to spend the morning at Arlington National Cemetery remembering and honoring the servicemen and women and their families who have given their lives for our country. I am grateful and mindful of the sacrifices our nation is built upon. #MemorialDay2025

We are a truly undisciplined society cyclically engaging in the same destructive behavior over and over. We need to grow up and mature as a nation very very quickly.

A reminder as we have become so detached from humanity and basic kindness, empathy and decency that behind every story are real people who are impacted by what people reduce to cruel jokes or political talking points. Scoring social media points is truly not worth it.
