LMP's 7th and 8th graders participated in the 2nd annual Poetry Expo Cafe showcasing their original slam poems. Guests were able to see all of the hard work and creativity that went into the projects and performances while enjoying breakfast treats and coffee.

Congratulations to the Griffin Football Team for beating Real Life Christian, 34-6, last night at LMP. And with a 4-0 district record (8-2 overall), the Griffins also won the District title! LMP will play next week at home in the SSAA playoffs. Kickoff is at 7:00.

Our PreK students had a BLAST learning about the work of the Lake Mary Police Department! They got to explore police motorcycles, peek inside patrol cars, and ask lots of great questions. Thanks to the LMPD for making learning so much fun! We're so grateful for your dedication to our community.

Recently, LMP was honored with the College Board AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for empowering young women in AP Computer Science! This award acknowledges schools for their work toward equal gender representation. LMP is one of only 834 schools to be recognized!

Huge congrats to our Odyssey of the Mind teams who crushed it! Three LMP teams are headed to STATES at the Orange County Convention Center on March 30th. Our teams have been working hard since October, meeting weekly to craft unique solutions for the competition.

#WaybackWednesday to our amazing Middle School Bootcamp last month! This year was a huge success with nearly double our normal turnout. It was a week full of new friendships, team-building, and preparing our students for a fantastic year ahead!
