Never in doubt. Bruno unstoppable. Mainoo clutch. Harry Maguire the new Zlatan. The moments after Maguire’s winner were the first time I’ve ever seen my son lock in on a match and seem to enjoy it. Today’s performance set us both up for failure. And I loved it.

I’ve been quiet lately. Full disclosure, it’s because we’re terrible and watching each league match sucks the life out of me. Worst team in club history. Abysmal everywhere but Europe somehow. Have to say though, does Liverpool win this title if we have McTominay and Antony???

Big half for Arteta here to vindicate some Gooners in my mentions. It won't be a good look to go five years without a trophy. Bigger clubs would sack a manager for less. Will say, however, European football isn't for everyone. Not everyone can go into a second leg up 3-0.

Also holders of the FA Cup, unfortunately. That's major hardware. If we walk away from Europa with nothing, I'll admit defeat. But if we're competing for big trophies even when we're this bad, well, that kind of means we're still big. Oh, and every headline is still about us.

You’re a Spurs fan. You just won Europa. Life feels good. You look back and see Manchester United winning the FA Cup last season after a terrible league run. Another bandaid trophy on a bullet wound season. Dark times are ahead for everyone involved.
