IATA and ICAO have released addenda to their 2021 Dangerous Goods Regulations. The UN released a Corrigendum to its UNADR Dangerous Goods Regulations in December 2020. All are effective from the 1st January 2021. The PDFs can all be downloaded from Labeline's website

Consignors must have an app DGSA 31/12/22 ADR 2021, 1.6.1.44 states that “Undertakings which participate in the carriage of dangerous goods only as consignors and which did not have to appoint a safety adviser……shall..…appoint a safety adviser no later than 31st December”.
