Went to imm court today b/c client’s notice said in-person hearing. Asylum- seeking clients driven 2 hrs by volunteer to get there. No Pulaar interpreter was present. ICE prosecutor appeared by phone. A substitute judge appeared by video & just reset all cases for a new date.
