Police in El Salvador have raided the offices of Cristosal, one of the main human rights organizations that has stood up to the Bukele dictatorship.

Earlier tonight at a rally, Trump showed the footage of Andry and others being imprisoned in El Salvador to cheering crowds. Remember, NONE OF THEM got a day in court. Many are clearly innocent and caught up by ICE due to poor policework. We can't toss due process aside!

Great news! The Trump administration has been ordered to reinstate a contract which insured that children won’t have to face deportation without the assistance of a lawyer; something that has been happening more often in immigration courts around the country over the last month.

DHS Spox McLaughlin lied on NPR this a.m.: "...we will use the tools...including the Alien Enemies Act, which the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that we could use." SCOTUS did not. Now Judge SDTx rules the deportations are "contrary to the plain, ordinary meaning" of the AEA.

It's now been over 50 days since Andry Hernandez was imprisoned in El Salvador with no right to challenge the evidence against him, no trial, no judicial review, and NO DUE PROCESS. He was sent there because an ICE officer thought his "mom" and "dad" tattoos were gang tattoos!

The entirety of the evidence presented by the govt to show that the people they disappeared to El Salvador are not in their custody or control is this declaration. This is not a serious filing or argument. Yet when they lose they will claim it’s a “judicial coup.” Scary times.
