Managed to get tickets for the farewell party at The Zoo. I can’t articulate what a loss this venue is, having seen so many favourite bands there since I moved to Brisbane in the early 2000s (including the go! team a couple of times). It’s also where I met my husband. 😢

Almost 1 year to the day after seeing the go! team in London, I will see the equal best dopamine hit band The Flaming Lips at home in Brisbane. I’m pretty sure my boots still have glitter confetti in them from 2019. 🎉
