This weekend saw the beginning of our Assessment & Profiling days with our squads. The U16 squad and Academy coaches were hard at work in @LYIT over Friday evening & Saturday morning.

After a delayed weekend thanks to storm Eunice, we were back in action this weekend with the U15 Squad in LYIT for their profiling and testing. They also had a Performance Nutrition workshop full of brilliant insights. Keep your eyes peeled for squad announcements this week👀
