JUST IN: DEA has classified the novel cannabinoids delta-8 THCO and delta-9 THCO as controlled substances, asserting that they do not meet the definition of legal hemp because they must be synthesized/do not occur naturally in cannabis. marijuanamoment.net/dea-classifies…
